Possible endometriosis symptoms or something else?

I am following up with an endo specialist in Sep. and will hopefully have some answers (no formal diagnosis at this time) but I have some questions about symptoms that I feel people diagnosed with endo would be best able to answer.

My primary question is regarding pain. While I do understand pain presents differently for many I would still like to inquire about pain presentation with endo. I have experienced lower left abdominal pain with varying severity for 9 mo. With only several days of relief total. Many report intermittent or period related endo pain but is it very common to experience a constant sensation or pain in a localized spot with endo? I also ask for people to please describe your pain if willing. My pain is worse at times but has not compared to an ovarian cyst rupture I experienced and I am uncertain if my pain equates to "typical" endo pain. Truly any input would be lovely as constant pain for 9 mo with no answer is driving me slightly batty. Thank you in advance. ?

I wish I could help, but I didn’t have any pain.  Sorry.  Good luck!

Defiantly possible. Pain a few days before, DURING, and a little after your period? Constipated? STABBING CRAMPS that almost debilitate you? Hard to breath? Sweating? Want to puke from the pain? Cramps all the way up to you rib cage? Blood clots?...  Well this is STAGE 4 Endometrioma with a Polyp.. lol... but the FIRST part, STABBING debilitating pain.. ya, I'd get it checked out.. I'm having surgery soon. Good luck.
