Possible enlarged liver

Guys has anyone experience an enlarged liver with glandular fever and if so were you able to feel it?

Hi Paige,
I know my liver blood tests were slightly off during glandular fever, I think that is a normal thing and they returned to normal soon after that. I know it can be common to have an enlarged spleen, not sure about the liver if that's something that can happen or not. They are in the same kind of area I think with one on the left and one on the right. But try not to worry because it is normal to get aches and pains in those areas, do remember to be extra careful if you're getting pains in those areas not to do anything to physical or heavy at the moment.
