Possible fibromyalgia?

Hello,

About a month and a half ago I was diagnosed with costochondritis after having a really bad cold. A couple days after my diagnosis, I started having tingling in my hands and feet, as well as some burning. I also experienced some tingling in my face and pain in my jaw. I went to my primary physician who ran my bloodwork, and everything came back clean. For about a week after that, almost all of my symptoms went away. Then all of a sudden, they all came back twice as bad as before. I had a cramp in my left leg that would not go away, and then it spread into a constant burning pain up and down my whole leg. I sometimes experience it in my right as well.  I have been woken up a couple of times in the middle of the night by the burning pain in my legs and sometimes arms. For about 2 weeks now, I've had constant pain in my hands and feet. I've also had muscle spasms, and soreness, especially in my arms. I've occasionally had burning in my eyes, as well as a tingling sensation in my head. I should mention that I was recently diagnosed with a bulging disc in my C4 and C5 vertebrae. I'm not sure how much of that is contributing to my symptoms, but it's been an annoyance too. Does this sound like fibromyalgia?  My primary physician recommended I schedule an appointment with a neurologist, so for now all I can do is wait. I've been battling this for over 6 weeks now, and I'm getting really tired. Prior to this, I was a perfectly healthy, active 24 year old, so I'm just looking for some answers!

Thanks,

Sara

Do you have outdoor pets been scratched or bitten by an animal?  My symptoms started after I was scratched by a stray cat
