Yesterday I used Compound W to treat an area affected by molluscum. I applied it for the recommended amount of time but today I woke up to find the area has become greyish in color, almost like a bruise. It causes mild discomfort to rub or touch the area, similar to a minor burn, and the texture of the skin isn't noticeably different.
