possible genital herpes??? or something else

anyone know what this is??? is it herpes or something else??

the smaller ones are on my perineum and they appeared before the larger ones, which are on my labia. it didn't tingle or anything when they first appeared and i haven't had any flu like symptoms. i don't think they ever blistered and they haven't scabbed or anything? but i guess that could be because it's not in a dry environment?? it doesn't bother me during the day at all, i just notice it when i go to the bathroom or something. no pain when i urinate, just some stinging if any urine drips on it because it's an open sore/ulcer. or if i wipe it can cause discomfort. if i touch it directly with dry hands, it kind of stings/burns? like when you touch an open wound when it is airing out?

i wasn't sure if it could be from scratching or if it was sores from a yeast infection? i had a pretty bad yeast infection the week right before my period (which often happens for me) and it was just soooo itchy, especially at night so i scratched and irritated it i'm sure. but these sores have been there for like over a weel now. but i will say this yeast infection was worse than the others.

i will say that i have had a "high" result at >58.00 on a serum test for hsv 1 IgG specific type Ab. and i have had cold sores before. this is the first genital issue i've had i guess. i've had unprotected oral and vaginal sex many times with the same person over the course of a year (and on going). i know it can be hard to track though since a lot of people don't even know they may have it. i'm obviously holding off on anything until i get any results though!

when they first appeared, they just looked like tiny cuts/fissures. maybe comparable to a paper cut. but as time went on, this is the first time i had a good look at it and noticed the ulcers? it took over a week for me to even notice them at all. the bigger ones are on the outer fold of my labia and then the smaller ones, which appeared first) are on my perineum between my vaginal opening and anus.

does anyone know what this could be or have anyone else experienced this?? i have an appointment with my OBGYN on 12/9, which was the soonest available, but i'm trying to see if i can get in sooner. any advice or guidance would help!
