Possible heart problem help please

this post is regarding my boyfriend He claims his symptoms begin to flare on because of sugar but I am not sure what is causing this.He says he gets weak,fatigue,Fast heart rate,clamy hands also says he cannot handle any loud noises while he is going through this.He has done blood work before and they say everything came back normal..

could I also go about having him see a doctor for any possible heart conditions who do I need to see?

    Your boyfriend may have anxiety issues. THIS IS treatable but need to see a good professional who specialises in anxiety disorders.

    The only way to know for sure as to have a thorough exam with blood tests. So many things sound alike initially, then change as they go on. I had a heart attack at age 29 which I thought was odd for someone in pretty good health. I also had panic attacks (but this was not like that, it was much more severe). Now at age 66 I have found out I have psoriatic arthritis and cardiac issues are part of the symptoms. Check it out thoroughly with a good doctor and keep asking till you have the answers you need!
