Possible herpes?

I was possibly exposed in December so it's new for me. I got tested 10 days later and my blood test came back negative but my swab was inclusive. They figured it was because of all the discharge I had from a yeast infection. My butt Crack looks inflamed but since I've never actually checked my butt Crack idk what it's supposed to look like. I have a pimple on my butt. I had a sore on my butt that was painful but I assumed it was from the tea tree oil I used to cure my yeast infection (I thought it was a chemical burn). Of course when I confronted the guy he played dumb. Please let me know if you have any insight. Thank you! Images attached imageimage

    I'm not a medical professional but on that evidence alone I would say you have absolutely nothing to worry about regarding herpes
