The bumps do appear to show some similarity to what herpes often appears as. I would definitely go to the dermatologist to get evaluated. Are you experiencing pain?

My opinion is get to a doctor immediately. I see you're holding it with your bare hands that is a no no. Never touch yourself while you have an active outbreak unless you have gloves on or do it through a rag and you must consider that rag an infected rag afterwards. Keep it separate from all others hopefully it will be white and you can bleach it. First of all yes definitely yes the different places you have it is where you have probably touched one and itched or scratched I t spreading it somewhere else. If you keep touching it touch your eyes your mouth your inner thigh or your baby's eyes or mouth or even skin you could transmit that no problem. You always see how your first outbreak. It's always bad when you first get it. Wash it with gentle soap and water cool water cool water. I cannot express that enough take a couple of aspirin if you can a fever reducer. Don't forget not to rub that thing with a towel or rag just because it's wet or if it itches. You will be spreading it even more if you drag across it.

How to you get to the doctor I have found it very helpful to use neosporin plus pain relief ointment apply with a q-tip generously, using a new Q tip for each sore. You got to jump on this one quit on me cuz you got it pretty bad my rules are as follows:

Get clean, stay cool, reduce the fever and stay dry down there if you have to use a cool setting on a blow dryer to keep it dry do that after your shower no hot water that will only bring it to a head which will spread to the rest of whatever Area you haven't already got it on. I would take normally when I have my outbreaks I will take aspirin three times a day would actually lay with my legs open after a cool shower underneath a ceiling fan grinning and bearing it if you know what I mean. I was mad but I hurt even worse and I knew it was important not to touch it do not touch it and never pop it. Cuz I choose will go everywhere. I know one thing like I was telling another person asking questions the it was so bad when I did it it it was orgasmic kid you not write me back if you can think of any other questions okay good luck I wish you the best you definitely need to get some aciclovir zovirax or another name fanvir. The use of a cream oh my word was it the best but it's so expensive. It was $700 and I could not afford that. The free clinic was giving it $10. I know you probably stressed to the max but try to get over that so you can help your self get better. No sex absolutely not I'm surprised you didn't find any discomfort while you were having sex. I never had sex while I had outbreaks it hurts way too much I've had it 38 years exactly and by now I pretty much know what to do. Strangely enough there's articles that say people can transmit it without no in their active or without being active. I say hogwash I was married for 7 years and never told my husband and he never had it. Believe me or he would have killed me literally

It's infectious, but not that infectious! I touched my lesions with bare hands, but ensured no broken skin first and washed my hands thoroughly afterwards. Soap and water will kill the virus, so normal handwashing and laundering will eliminate it. Use a laundry sanitiser if desired.

Also, HSV-1 is less fussy about where on the body it infects, while HSV-2 nearly always prefers the genital region. After enough antibodies have been established, usually in 3-4 months, or 6 months to be extra cautious, the risk of self-infection/contagion to other body parts is greatly reduced.

Some people never catch genital HSV despite years of exposure, while others are unlucky and catch it after just one encounter, even with condoms. Having cold sores at any time in one's life can make the subsequent acquisition of HSV-2 asymptomatic, so the only way you can know that a partner never got it is by them getting tested.

Well I do know that my sister touch her cold sore and then rub her eye and she got herpes of the eye. Now that is astonishing I have had way too many years of experience with this to even chance to talk to myself when I am active and touching another part of my body or even close to the outbreak you will get another one and another one and another one. My first outbreak started with one bump and as I looked at it and try to figure out what it was it went into 2 then 3 then 4. I had just come out of 113 degree weather in Amarillo doing the wild thing everywhere we could on the way up from Houston. So we definitely had a lot of contributing factors because I had never had it. I wouldn't take a chance. Now if a woman is pulling and examining her stuff she is stretching the store the blister could have some pus in it that is terribly infectious as you will know cited don't take a chance

Ocular/eye herpes is usually caused by HSV-1, with oral cold sores being the main culprit. I agree that it's best to err on the side of caution, but common sense hygiene practices should suffice. You've had yours for decades, so your body should be protected from autoinoculation, and if Type 2, there is even less to worry about. Outbreaks usually involve a few lesions, so that is normal and not necessarily a sign of self-infection via touching, etc.

I just ran across the web thought it said there was eight types of herpes even know 1 + 2 is the most common. See I haven't resources I do whatever pertain to me worked I work my program and I didn't have to worry about it funny though I have been so stressed out unbelievably stressed out and not even had a smidgen of evidence of an outbreak. Yeah and tell her that don't have common sense like me I didn't have any that the time I got it. It also says with an infection you are already in the position to have a lower immune system or some medicines can lower your immune system to get that if its prevalent and someone else crazy that you don't have to be active to transfer it I have never found out to be true like I said to someone else earlier I've had two want to have to 7 years has never was told because I was practically new and that at the time and I never had sex with him with an outbreak but he never caught it and as I told her he would have killed me and trust me he would have. Second one is 5 years I I told him I had it we made love on Saturday night I never had any problems with him over it. Course I never have sex when I have an active outbreak simulator hurts like a mofo have a good night

Ashley, do you have swollen/tender lymph nodes in the groin, any flu-like symptoms? If so, it is likely genital herpes. Only way to know for sure is to get a lesion swab while your lesions are new, then an IgG blood test at 3-4 months.
