Possible hpv and fordyce spots?

hello everyone. let me start off by saying I'm 35 and have had fordyce spots when I was 22. Was diagnosed by 2 dermatologists and urologist. I was told that they are normal and I shouldn't worry about it. fast forward 13 years and it seems that it could be a combo of both hpv and fordyce spots. I have had blood tests done for all stds besides hpv. currently on gardasil 9. imageimageimageimage

I do get the occasional itch and anxiety has continued. should I go see another dermatologist to get re diagnosed? I've had 4 girlfriends since then and they have never complained of any issues which has me wondering if they are too embarrassed as I have been. I did recently just get dumped. I don't know if it was because I brought up the topic of possibly giving her a disease or if it was because my constant worrying was too much for her.
