Possible HPV flare up? Or something else?

Hi,

Ive noticed a few small bumps on the shaft of my penis over the last week or so.

Theyre not painful, and they seem to be a bit more red after a shower, otherwise only a pinky-red - and the skin looks shiny and almost like a scar?

Appearance has remianed the same for a week.

I have had HPV and a genital wart back in January. Im not sure if this is a flare up or something unrelated - possibly from shaving or something - however I would have thought after a week it would subside.

I'm getting worried and cant see my doctor in person due to covid - any advice would help!
