prostate is ok but periodic pain in the bladder.. NOT burning but just ache and cramp sometimes.  doc has not give me a prog yet but the pain is terrible.  sometimes lasting for days.  sometime back i used infratonic 9000 from sound vitality with relief but not so much now.

looking for suggestions

    Have you had any bladder scans done to check your post void residual ? If your are emptying your bladder fully and retaining urine, it can cause the walls of the bladder to be tense for long periods of time, resulting in bladder spasms and pain. If your post void residual is normal, then it could be a cause of cpps (chronic pelvic pain syndrome), its not caused by a bacterial infection, however it can be managed by alterations in your diet and lifestyle.

      Thanks.  I’m completely emptying    It’s been coming on and off for a year    I’m 69 and  I notice it’s gotten worse last few months    I have good flow and as I said no retention

         I’ve noticed that I could eat and drink anything when I don’t have the pain and doesn’t bother me   But I am monitoring what I ate for a residual effects

    update;  doc visit i had terrible bladder pain,, he prescribed Amitrptyline.  i took one pill and all the pain was gone!  now on my 3rd pill its still gone.  my come off it to see what happens.
