Possible lichen under clitoris *** picture ****.

I have this white skin under clitoris and above urethra. It doesnt bother me except the top of my labia minora gets red.  And the skin between labia majora and labia minora gets super irritated . I have appt on wednesday with dr. Does this look like lichen?

    Can't really tell by picture as I've only got a mobile phone to email from ! But sounds like it defo get it checked I left mine for nearly a year by which time it was so sore and had shrunk my vagina !! Good luck x

    Looks like it could be to me I look very much like that myself ask to be referred to a dermatologist

    Let us know how you get  one with doctors I've got this and it's very sore can't even stand my underwear touching it if you of anyone else have any tips on controlling this better let me know the steroid creams make me  worse

    I honestly can’t tell you what my vulval LP looks like but it was very sore for a long time. I’d never had that version of it before, I’ve got the skin & oral versions. But I’ve had a huge amount of stress which triggered this. 

    Went to GP who said it did look like LP but she referred me to a dermatologist who specialises in vulval issues. The dermatologist took a biopsy to confirm LP. She prescribed Dermovate ointment (GP had prescribed Dermovate cream) Dermatologist said ointment is better to use in that area.

      Say you use the ointment one day but miss the next did it bother you again. Like the ointment was only temporary in the begining. I am very irritated between labia minora and labia majora. I use clobetasol on the irritated skin and it goes away but comes back next day. This white line doesnt bother me
