Possible male Lichen Sclerosus diagnosis

I'm 22 and I've had this white patch above my scrotum since late december. (1st photo)

My gp said to use hydrocortisone which did nothing and in march the whole shaft began to sting/burn really badly along with swelling.

I went to a urologist/dermatologist who prescribed dermovate and in 2 weeks all the pain and swelling was gone.

My concern are these red/purple spots that have not disappeared since january and seem to have multiplied. I haven't paid attention to how it looked before so they might be normal, what are your thoughts on it? Second picture was at it's worst in march, third one taken today. I'm scheduled to go back in a few months but I'm constantly stressing over how it looks and the thought of permanent damage makes me lose all my motivation. As of now it functions as it always did.
