Possible MAV. Need Help!

So I posted this over in Migraines, and they recommended I try here, as there may be more people with experience on this issue.
Been dealing with what I've been thinking is vestibular neuritis for awhile now, however my eng test came back inconclusive, so I'm looking at other possibilities.
My paternal grandfather, mother, and sister all sufffer from migraines, and I've heard that can increase your chances. None of them have what is truly a vestibular migraine, but I don't think it has to be the same.
My question is, has anyone experienced chronic symptoms from vestibular migraine, that isn't necessarily true vertigo. It all came on after a weekend of driving 8 or so hours a day and not sleeping much between. Symptoms have been chronic since, and seem to come and go. With the classic migraine headaches every few days. Also super concerning is that when the symptoms are at their worst, my pupils do this thing where they seem to pulse, they fluctuate in size constantly and rapidly. Has anyone had this in particular? It's really worrying me.
My symptoms are mostly invovling dizziness/visual vertigo, and not true imbalance/vertigo. I always feel constantly off, kind of like I've just gotten off a ride and my body hasn't adjusted yet, only all the time. My eyes seem to take a second to catch up to the movements of my head, almost like lag on a computer. I have nausea on and off most days, never sever enough to cause vomitting though. I also have fairly regular headaches, that seem to originate around my temples. I have had a few days with what is more along the lines of a true migraine headache, not just a sore head, but the whole thing.
Thanks,
Colin

My VNG/ENG was mostly like that to. Results not reliable or some such. My therapist said most say that. The tests watch eye movement. If the goggles are not on right, light is leaking in, you resist letting your eyes roll around, anything. The tests come back inconclusive. My one eye has a slight bounce once in a while. She said thats why mine came back like that. The computer didn't know how to evaluate that. I was not happy. Most of the test was unusable. It did show the lack of response to the stimulus in my left ear.

I had the same symptoms without tthe headaches , I twould take a couple seconds for my eyes to stop rolling like a passing car, also felt outside myself if that make sense. I had my ears looke at by a doctor and there was no cyrstals on teh hair in my ear so no vertigo but he told me I had Labyrinthitis which is a infection in my inner ear. It's been over a month now and I have gotten better but not completely. Some days are better than others.
