possible miscarriage? or just vaginal tissue? please help me if you’ve seen this before xx

this may be a little gross but yesterday i got my period and mind you it is much lighter than usual and last night i went to wipe and saw this on my toilet paper (see image) i don't know what it is i've never ever seen anything like it. can someone who may know what it could be please tell me i'm worried. i don't know if its just tissue or maybe a possible miscarriage ?? I DON'T KNOW but i was so scared 😦(( image

    I cannot explain what that is, but there is not to much to be worried about, it would be more problematic if this was happening to you more often.
