possible MS, memory problems

I doubt I have MS because of how quickly it is progressing but i also have strange symptoms that are indicative of this disease.4 years ago i was normal here are the symptoms with dates.I am a 20 year old male, my symptoms are

  1. memory and intelligence decline starting at age 16, 4 years ago
  2. severe heat intolerance over the summer continues even now sometimes
  3. speech difficulty, slurred speech starting 3 months ago
  4. severe breathing issues/ shortness of breath starting 1.5 months ago

    By the way my mri has not showed anything the last time i did an mri was a year ago
