Possible neurological imprairment? Brain tumor? MS?

Hello everyone.

I have been experiencing headaches on and off for months now, but this post is more geared towards my other (odd) symptoms.

There have been 2 days in the past 3 months where my face has gone numb. There have been 3-4 occasions where my body temperature felt extremely off (I feel freezing to myself but to the touch I am warm. No fever.) There have been multiple nights where my whole body feels as though it's constantly getting the chills. There have been multiple days where my feet either feel burning and tingly or cold and tingly.

On top of the headaches, this has me very concerned. Any ideas? I went to a neurologist who didn't let me explain much but he diagnosed me with migraines. I still am afraid I have a brain tumor though. Or possibly multiple sclerosis?

Any help would be appreciated. I have an MRI tomorrow.

Only MRI can tell if you have brain tumor. But numbness of the face can be a problem of other neorological sysmptoms , including shingles and cold can be other vascular insufficiency.
