Possible ovarian cyst?

For the past year i have been experiencing discomfort in my lower right side directly in the location of my ovaries. Its on and off which often causes discomfort in my back, same location just in my back. Ive had my gallbladder checked, my spline, liver, kidneys, seen a back specialist and all confirmed normal. I was told to give up gluten due to the complaint of bloating which eased but didn't resolve the discomfort. Checked for celiac disease again everything is fine. My head tells me its a cyst. The pain starts before my period, about 10 or so days before, its now making me avoid carrying heavy items because the pressure it puts on my back, my nephew who is 2 is too heavy for me to carry for more than 2 minutes. When moving in and out of my car my right side feels like something is putting pressure on my body and can be uncomfortable. I experience discomfort in certain positions during sex, in my right side. Sometimes i feel almost a stitch type discomfort under or by my ribs. I have not been asked to have a pelvic ultrasound or even a standard one to check my ovaries but i am going to demand a pelvic one. As anyone experienced these symptoms? Im 32, no children yet. I had a termination in 2019 - i was told i had a cyst which will go on its own, my theory is, it hasn't gone and grown putting pressure on tissue around it.
