Need help...

Never been pregnant before.

I have been under a bit of stress with new Job and studies.

My husband and I regularly intimate, but haven't been successful of being pregnant

I have irregular period cycle so I never have the same date each month.

I have a period each month.

My last period was on the 29th Dec 2013.

It started with me having my sinus going crazy with leaky one noise from October last year.

It stop leaking middle of January.

Around that time I experience feeling really light headed coming of public transport

early in the morning.

I began to feel for various food, now that is like me just before each periods I would crave for food.

So I thought nothing of it.

I then started to have increase of heart burn and food not staying down.

I then started to experience going toilet frequently.

Now it wasn't a UTI because I have it before and know exactly how I felt.

My sense of smell is increased by alarming rate, again that's nothing new because of my sinus problem.

Feeling full more after my meal and more windy.

My mind has become very forget or it takes me that little long to remember your name or what to do next.

Then I am experience discomfort in my side of rib area, it's more like a stitch.

I have had odourless discharge and smear test last year and everything was ok.

So I decided to do pregnancy test because it's all these symptoms are pointing at possible pregnant.

So I did a test on Monday 27th January during the afternoon and it said negative.

I am now stuck in limbo, with these symptoms, i don't want to waste my Gp time on this, or should I book to see them regardless?

Can anyone be if help, have you been through the same thing, are currently going through same

thing or Gp with professional advice.

    Hi there,

You seem a bit stressed-out and your work life balance at the moment also seems very hectic.

Are you trying to get pregnant? From the dates you mentioned (last period 29th Dec) and test taken (27th Jan) suggests you probably have taken a pregnancy test to early. Normally, a test is taken after your period is late. I understand it is hard to wait especially since you have been showing early pregnancy signs. Definitely take a test again and regardless of the result do make an appointment with your GP. There is no such thing as 'wasting your GP's time' when it comes to your health and well-being!

    Thank you for the reply,

I have been under a lot of stress, with new job and studies.

No my husband I said we want children but we haven't truly been planning a baby.

My period was due on 25th of January, but again my month cycle changes so that's why I've been put offgoing to the Gp and doing a pregnancy test again.

I think that is the best course of action, Gp's and get a check up, it really could be false alarm and

Not a pregnancy, I'm trying not to worry.

    Hi sj58610,

How are things going? Did you speak with your GP?

    Hi,

Well I started to have more discomfort and finally went to A+E over the weekend because my love ones we're becoming more concern about me.

The doctors had done blood test and check my blood pressure and urine.

The doctors checked my urine & said I wasn't pregnant and my bloods are fine.

They said I have viral bladder and stomach infection.

So I need to drink plenty of water to flush the system and get plenty of rest.

Medication they had gave me codine and something else for pain, I didn't take them, I took my parcetomal

    Instead.

Then today I finally saw my period.

I have appointment with my Gp this week as a follow from hospital.

    Thank you for being helpful.
