Possible prolapse but not sure

basically i have been really suffering past 4 months with a bulge in the vagina but 3 people have said no prolapse, possible cyst have been scored off as i have some but they are tiny, i was told that i have damaged muscles but i dont know what the white ball is in my vagina entrance it isnt massive but big enpugh for me to feel all day and see, if i post a photo could someone take a look please, anyone with prolapse could hopefully clarify if theres looks the same please thank you 😃
