Possible puss bubble ?

I’m 12 weeks post ankle surgery after breaking. I had plates and screws put in. I have just noticed a small puss like bubble on my incision like and the area has been red for a while 

Is this something I should be worried about ?

    I would say yes. It sounds like it might be an infection. You should see your physician ASAP.

    Yes. Call your doctor immediately. I developed osteomyelitis two weeks after surgery and it was a very serious issue requiring hospitalization and antibiotic infusions for 6 weeks.
