Possible rash std or infection. Please help me!

After having relations with my spouse my vaginal area started to feel itchy. I was not really in the mood so i figured my vaginal area would be sour because it was dry sexual relations. I did scratch but it did not subside. I went to pee and just felt discomfort . Now i have a rash and I have no insurance so I am worried. I have had hpv and chlamydia in the past with my spouse cheated o me. I just need clarity.imageimage
