Possible ruptured cyst after early pregnancy scan

Hi i went for an early pregnancy scan yesterday and the doctor said she was struggling to find my right ovary due to my bladder being a bit full. She did mention that there was slme fluid leaking and she thinks it may be a ruptured ovarian cyst... she has asked me to go back in 1 weem to check it. I feel really worried about this i have all sorts going through my mind like cancer etc. Please can someone advise me if this is quite common? Thank you

    A bit of fluid in the area can be normal and as she said a ruptured ovarian cyst (which is non-cancerous). Do not worry about it. The body has a way of absorbing the fluid. Let me know how the next ultrasound turns out.
