Possible spider bite

i had covid about 6 months ago, in a delierium fever i woke up to a massive blister on my small left fingeri out it down to falling asleep afainst the radiator but im not ao sure now im thinking it might have veen a spider bite

my symptoms were cold sweats, temperature, itching all over, shallow breathing and a rssting heartrate of about 65bpm

its been months since and still feeling shallow breaths heart rate will go from 68-120 walking up stairs. i dont thibk it is covid related but im unsure if

it is a burn or a bite

my hand was that mangaled i couldnt see amy puncture wonds which made me think it was a burn anyone had rhat type of experience before?
