possible STD? yeast infection symptoms...

So for weeks Ive had thick white chunky discharge and a very itchy vagina but no bumps besides some irritation from the yeast infection symptoms mixed with my VP. Theres no burning when i urinate unless its right after the shower if a little soap accidentally seeps down there. But as of lately what looks like very itchy little bumps/sores have developed on my outer lips and my VP growths have gotten extremely uncomfortable and itchy. I still have the same discharge. Does this look like a bad yeast infection rash or an actual STD (I had unprotected sex with a new parter about 3 weeks ago)? I want to go to the hospital but im home from college and my mother most likely wont take me to the hospital any time soon because shes too paranoid about corona to leave the house so i just really need some advice. Should I try the vinegar test?

hey girl! from what ive read it seems like this could be herpes, do you see any open lesions/bumps? if you have noticed any fluid that is not discharge coming from these bumps that could be a sign. ive been recently diagnosed with genital herpes and i had alot of chunky discharge and i thought it was a yeast infection and i tested negative for it, monitor your bumps as you wait to go to the doctor. i would suggest trying to open your vagina and see if you see any bumps inside. i can see that your perineum has a bump as well, i would recommend you to keep the area dry and clean as possible, if peeing is a problem for you sit in a shallow bath and urinate! i wish you the best of luck love

hey girl!
i dont think there are any specifically open wounds, ive scratched the bumps so theyre a bit pink on the top. What do you suggest I do overall?

i feel like you might just have mild irritation from itching and overall, id suggest you to sleep with no underwear and keep your lady bits clean and dry because yeast can grow in moist enviornments! i recommend making padsicles, you can google it! you can put aloe vera on it and it will soothe your itching. Also preparation h has hemorrhoid wipes that can be used on the vaginal area! they have witch hazel so they can help with the itching, monitor these symptoms and try to write them down! next time you go to the doctor ask for a herpes test!!
good luck and update me if anything new happens
