Possible urethral stricture

hello im a 22 year old male my docotor refered me to a uroligist yesterday because he believes i have a urethral stricture

ive been dealing with some trouble urinating

no feeling of bladder emptiness when i pee

my stream isnt as strong

some burning throughout the day and discomfort in my bladder when full and almost a feeling of blockage in the urethra

so my doctor told me the notmal treatmwnt for this is cathederization but i havent seen anyone mention this as a successful treatment for a stricture and he said its not common that it reoccurs

i am also experiencing an odd tightning or numb feeling inside the mid

left section im worried i have a kidney infection or something

does anyone have any advice for me

im frwaking out and really worried about this

i have lichen planus of the penis too

im sick of dealing with problems down there its so mentally exhausting and super hard on my confidence

i just want to be able to pee normal again without discomfort all the time

i am young and decently healthy idk what caused this and how i can prevent this from coming back after treatment

any information is helpful
