Possible Vestibular problem

about 2 months ago i had a stomach virus, where the day it got better i got a severe headache and dizziness. i was bed ridden for 2 weeks and had vertigo, dizziness, imbalance, and trouble concentrating. lights also effect me horribly like a grocery store

im very healthy, i actively work out and have wrestled my entire life. im now a police officer and this is starting to worry me. what could this be? and is it normal for it to be 2 months?

i was feeling a litte better over time and its been kinda bad again. i can tolerate it but im having trouble. I also started VRT from online sources...see a ENT next week

    Hey,

    It seems that this issue is coming from your inner ear. I wouldn't be able to state whether something is serious or not. ENT specialist won't do much help. They usually don't have an answer to why someone in particular is experiencing vertigo or dizziness. It's very difficult to diagnose. However, if I were you I would do a CT scan of your temporal bones just to rule out anything. As you've mentioned you got a stomach virus, try searching up vestibular neuritis. See if your symptoms could be related as you've mentioned you had a virus. However, you might not have this as I am not a professional doctor to diagnose. Just trying to give you the best approach.
