Post ankle surgery pain

i still have sharp pains after trimaleola surgery 10 months ago.

is it something wrong on my surgery?

    Hi Jaesook,

    I am 6 months post trimalleor and still get pains on the inside ankle. It has lessened quite a bit but they are still there when i walk on it. I have read quite a bit on here what it could be, so I am waiting to see my doctor in January for an xray and other tests. I have read it could be arthritis. I have read It could be settling in pains. I have read it could be scar tissue etc... My advise is if in doubt to get it checked out , you would want to know why you are having pain at 10 months right? All the best to you.

    sounds normal to me, I am 20 months out almost, and still doesn't feel the same and yes, there is some pain. Maybe about 6 months ago I was getting random, shooting pains that disappeared.
