No I have not, but recall when a urolgist thought I had an infection, he put me on a course of antibiotics (14 days I think). That did not work.
He then repeated the process (another 14 days).
Did not work to solve my issues.
Conclusion: I did not have an infection.

Hi Barney
I have had my urine sample tested at the surgery where they found both inflammation in the cells along with blood and then it was sent away for further analysis, where upon it was found to have bacteria.
This has now happened twice and my GP has given me a letter that if the treatment this time does not help then I am to go to A&E fro further investigation.
All very tiring and not helping the healing process.
Thanks as always
Dennis

Hi Barney
Pleased to report that the infection is now clear. So I guess the burning pain just before, during, and after for a short while is related to the healing process and hopefully will sort it self out soon
Thanks
Dennis

Burning sensation often accompanies a UTI. SO hopefully it will go away soon!
