Post circumcision frenulum

So I was circumcised two weeks ago. It has been quite the ordeal let me tell you! I am concerned about one thing the most right now though and just need to ask. The doctor left my frenulum like a fleshy peninsula on my penis. it looks like a clitoris underneath my penis head and it is large. I have seen many post op pictures and none of them have this hideous mound of flesh underneath so why am i cursed? Is this normal? Will it go down? Will I need another painful and embarrassing surgery? My doctor refuses to take phone calls and I am not asking his female staff about this... Please if you have any info do let me know and thank you in advance! I took the best pic I could with my phone but the above view looking down I could not get and that's where you see how far out this flesh really sticks out.

    OP - the way the hair is sitting so far up the penis looks like ur surgeon removed too much skin. Does it stretch ur scrotum when u are erect now?

    I'm not sure why they left the frenulum, I've heard this does happen but if you are going to the trouble of being circumcised I would suggest removing that aswell.

      If I had to be circumcised, I'd want to keep the frenulum.  It's one of the most sensitive and pleasurable parts.

    Guys! I had my surgery 11 days ago. Its totally health, its even not swollen in general. But the frenulum is like a small ball of skin, its still there basically. The doctor told me 5 days ago that its normal because it has stitches inside, but honestly I don't believe him. Is it going to go down? because I seems that its not going to.

      I still have a large like ball of skin and I had op months ago think it may of been partial circum

      3 weeks ago i was also circumcised... now i getting well.. i have a problem with the bump below the penis...its still having same size. base line of the penis is quiet hard and there is pain througout the base of the penis...plese someone help me when it will be cured

    Hello everyone.

    I got circumcised 2 weeks ago and i'm having a problem.

    On one side of the penis below the head i have like a small swollen ring and on the other side it looks nice and even and not thick at all.

    Is this a very poorly performed circumcision ?

    I don't know what i should do with this scuffed penis of mine this was my 2nd operation on my penis in 3 months.

    First frenuloplasty and exactly 2 weeks ago the circumcision.

    I added pics for clarification.

    I really feel like a clown with this swollen 'ring' on one side.

    Really embarresed actually.

    PS sorry for my crappy english i'm belgian.

      It looks fine to me the swelling will go down mines looked like this also.

      That's good news man, it's a big relief for me to hear it from someone who had the same issue.

      I searched on google for people who had the same problem as me and i found this page and i thought maybe they could enlighten me with hope smile

      I was starting to feel like i'm the only one with this precise problem and that i had to undergoe surgery again.

      And this issue brings up so much emotions and pain that i have been suffering from my 26 years living with phimosis and tight frenulum.

      Some other doctor told me also it's a swelling but i didn't believe him i had to hear this from someone who had the issue themselves.

      I was wondering how long did it take for the swelling to go down ? 

      And how long did u wait with masturbating ?

      How do you post pictures on here , I'm into my 6month post op and want to post pics to see what you guys think of the healing process ..... I have the same problem with swelling on my frenelum and although the front looks fantastic I'm pretty sure the back of it is not from the stitch line to the cut to the frenelum and want your guys take on it , cheers

    Hey guys I was circumcised 6 days ago and I'm having a terrible time with it, the night time erections have burst my stitches open leaving a wound. I went to see my gp the other day and he said it's fine it's not infected and it will heal tho it will leave a scar. Since then I've had another erection and more stitches burst I'm really worried this isn't going to heal properly or I'm going to have to go and get it done again. It's getting to the point I'm scared to go to sleep in case I end up with all my stitches bursting, anybody have any experience with this??

    I am seriously regretting getting this done I'm so annoyed and angry didn't know it was going to end up this bad

      Hi Robert 

      I found s right fitting jock strap helped with my night time and morning erections.  I didn’t have any stitches but did end up with an infection.  Hope this helps some

      Hi Robert how are you healing? I’m a week into circumcision and have been healing ok, although my frenulum looks like it’s lost a few stitches and now the skin attaching is a little like a flap! Any advice on this
