Post colital bleeding. PLEASE HELP

so I have booked an appointment with a GP. but my mind is running overtime and Google never helps.

I am 24 and have consistently for the past two years, had BV and yeast infections. im presuming my lifestyle of wearing restrictive uniform and sports probably don't help. And I never received treatment for it because I thought it would go away on its own. I would only occasionally be itchy with it so it never caused me a major issue other than discharge.

However in the past 3 months I have developed some abdominal pain and bleeding after sex. Im panicking that its the worst. But im wondering if where I have left BV or Yeast infection untreated that its developed into further infection which could explain the new symptoms.

I would appreciate any advice! worried sick
