    Hi,

I have something very similar. I didnt have covid, but it happenned after the covid vaccine. I am always trying to get a deep breath, feeling suffocated, my ribs feel tight like it's stopping me from breathing. Overall, inhaling is a lot of effort for me. It's been 8 months and I'm very exhausted with all of this. I had all the needed tests done, and they basically came back negative. I don't know what to do. Sometimes I feel like I can't handle another day of this and that I should just give up.
