so i have skin hanging out of my ass and am wondering if this is normal. its swollen so it hurts to touch and i am unable to push in my anus. will this go away?

Hello there.
I had hemorrhoidectomy 3 weeks ago, and yes I can relate as I noticed skin tag and few new grown hemorrhoids that I think cannot be pushed back inside (I havent tried to push them back because I am still sore and still bleeding).
