Post HOLEP Pathology Report

Received my pathology report from my recent HoLep. My appointment with my urologist is not for a while, and the pathology report is rather confusing. It states, "Prostate cocktail immunohistochemical stains demonstrate the presence of basal cells, highlighted by the positive staining for p63 and high molecular weight cytokeratin." Breaking it down, I believe it says that there were cells there that might have developed into cancer over time - similar to the finding of a polyp during a colonoscopy. Can anyone confirm?
