Post inguinal hernia problems

its now 4 months since keyhole inguinal hernia repair with mesh.

im still having some pain issues ( aches ) and tightness in repair area limiting my ability to get back to normal life. of particular concern is that most days by late afternoon early evening i find being on my legs produces a great bearing down pressure in the abdomine which compels me to sit down . its fine when i do sit.

what is the view on this ???
