Post-Menopausal Acne: My FACE is being TARGETED now!

Hey there, lovely ladies....

Have ANY of you all experienced ACNE, BADDD skin, weird breakouts, and acne surges on your LOVELY FACES? I know for a fact, my breakouts are a symptom of post-menopause and hormonal imbalance. I eat well, get well-over six-seven hours of sleep daily and even a much-needed nap, drink TONS of water, yet, as I always say: MENOPAUSE has a mind of its own! It BARRELS through ALL of the STELLAR things we women do to maintain our sanity, beauty, and, health! That being said, just like MOST of the symptoms I have experienced, it too.. shall pass! Wait one minute, once it passes, something else, will REAR ITS UGLY HEAD! Menopause is TOO MUCH to bear! That's my story and I'm sticking to it!!

    hi vivian yes I have:(

as well as my acid relux and my deep cystic acne. it's getting me down! I had it when I was a teenager now it's come back at 46!!!

I've turned to a company called Dermatica and I'm a treatment! it made my skin worse but seems to calm down along with omega 3 and Vit B5 as well as hormonal balance vitamins!

my scars are getting me down though so hopefully will fade out with the treatment

      Hey There, SD..

Is there no end to the HORRORS of hormonal imbalance? It is evident, menopause does what it wants to do, and it is a FORCE to be reckoned with. I will continue to take good care of myself, and like most of the menopausal symptoms, this too, shall pass! (In menopausal time, if you will) I hope everything works out well for you, SD, be well, my menopausal sistah.
