Post menopausal with BV

I am post menapausal woman age 63 and I was dx with BV and atropy vagitias ... Have not had sex in over two years. All of a suddwn I was burning swelling and really sore down there. Went to my gyno and the test was BV. Was this caused by antibobics I took for a uti which later I found out I didnt have. I dont have the smell but irriation and this discharge. My doc put me on premarin cream and metro gel. Im doing good with the cream but the gel helped but now it is back

    ask for clindamycin cream for 7 nights i had bv 4 years it got rid of mine after one dose
