HI Janice,
I had horrible symtoms 66 plus symptoms. I started BhRT treatments last TUESDAY and i already feel better. Wish i had done this months ago. DOC inserts natural hormones pellets in your hip. Hopefully this helps.

Janice, definitely look into. I was at the end of my rope. I had my PCP putting me on different meds, my obgyn wouldn't start me HRT because I smoke and I was concern with the side affects of HRT, I was spending so much so much money on visits to the doctors, trying this med and that med. I spent over $400.00 just in supplements alone. My PCP put me out on FMLA because of the severe panic attacks and the anxiety I was having was debilitating. One medication that did help with my anxiety and panic attacks is Cymbalta. Within days I felt calmer taking the Cymbalta. I researched BHRT and the closest place for me to have the treatments done was in Mass. He ordered the blood work to have done, he sat with me and went through all my labs with me and then inserted 3 pellets into my hip. Its been a week now and I haven't had any hot flashes, night sweats, I'm sleeping, very little anxiety, my skin feels better, I look refreshed, and finally feeling myself again. I thought I had lost myself. Unfortunately my Health Insurance didn't cover the treatment but I didn't care. I was so desperate that I was ready to commit myself if I didn't find treatment for my Peri ASAP. I go every 3 to 4 months to have the pellets reinserted. Keep me posted should you try this. I highly recommend BHRT Pellet Treatment. It saved my life. There's no reason why we should suffer like this.

Hi Janice I am now 11 years post meno and I gotta say that peri was a breeze compared to my post meno symptoms everything for me ramped up when my period stopped at 11 years post meno now I am pretty much okay but it still flares up once in a while flushing not so much now or palpitations thank goodness...I still get small episodes of anxiety though and the very odd occasion of inner shaking ...my doctor says this can go on till at least 65 years of age but the intensity of these things dies down greatly as the years go on thankfully .....keep your eyes on the older generation of women that are out there enjoying their lives they all got through it and you will too ....have a blessed day 😊

Janice,
If you try the BHRT you don't have change anything you're doing. Check out the website Medical Aesthetics of New England, PC. Watch Dr Walter's UTube video and you'll see the reviews as well.

Janice, I take bhrt too and it's been great for me. I don't smoke as anymore but it isnt a consideration in the UK for prescription.... To be honest, I would've given up smoking to get it, the symptoms were that bad. Things I find helpful are : exercise, running, clean diet, mindfulness, yoga, supplements, bhrt, rescue remedy. Hope that helps Janice but there is hope, you just have to find what's right for you xx
