Post menopause discharge - had tests

Hi there I'm 53 and haven't had period for 2 years. In March I started getting watery pink discharge. It comes and goes.I've been to gynocologist 3 times since then had 2 ultrasounds and I hysterscopy and a biopsy. They said everything is normal -

Some atrophy of womb lining which is normal, but I still sometimes get this pale yellow/pink watery discharge. What should I do now??

Yes,always better to get it checked out..ive never taken hrt but doc said that spotting is perhaps due to a surge in hormones.

Did they tell you about vaginitis/vaginosis?  It happens when your hormones decrease.  Your vagina gets irritated and you have discharge.

They didn't say anything about that. On the paper it says uterine atrophy. I do get a bit itchy down there sometimes but no pain or anything. Don't think it's an infection either cos discharge isn't smelly at all.
