hello, i had a mild sore throat and bad cold then a week later out of the blue i had all these issues your talking about. i went straight into mononeucliosis. so weird i didn't even relate the sore throat to any of this because for a week after throat cleard up i was normal person no symptoms. then all the tingling and twitching arrived and random pains a lot in my gums and jaw.

i had to ask for EBV antibody test because my symptoms were so weird the docs disnt know what was going on (i saw three).

apart from recent possitive EBV infection, every other blood test normal and MRI brain normal. Try not to worry so much about weird symptoms its a common thing docs dont understand i have driven myself mad with worry and its not done me any favours, it heightens the symptoms, when anxious twitching worse. take care of yourself and rest its so important with this virus
