Post nasal drip

i was diagnosed with post nasal drip back in early march and im still dealing with it. its been causing a mild cough and i always feel like i have to clear my throat. i m scared that the mucus will go to my lungs and causes bronchitis and something more serious. having a cough during these times is so scary because i automatically start to think its coronavirus 😕 anyone suffer with post nasal drip for a while without it going away? what are some remedies i could try to get rid of it.

    i have had this for years now always feels like something stuck in throat. i have the cough like you are choking,but it comes and goes dont know why. have it for weeks then vanishes.always a phlemy throat. i am under ent now for swelling in nose .ive always been told its post nasal drip and silent reflux .
