let me start by saying please excuse my spelling and grammer as i am a south african that speaks afrikaans but will try my best

ive had my 3rd surgery done 4 weeks ago

and i knew exactly what i was getting myself into it is by far the worst pain and most emotion rollercoaster ride i have ever experienced

my entire way of life has changed and it seems like it is never going to get better

im doing everything by the book eating drinking avoiding pain medication but when ever i hav a bm im am still experiencing severe pain and some blood in the toilet and on the tissue paper

ive had this operation done in 2017 and it never came right

i have forgotten what it feels like having a normal BM and due to all the trauma and stress ive put my bottom through,its like my sphingter has forgottin it duty

i have now had the surgery done 4 weeks ago to this day but i still have issue when having a Bm they hurt like hell and there are traces of blood my internal sphingter also goes into spasm causing my stools to be long and pinky thin

is this normal?

am i rushing things?
