Post op menicus repair pain

I had a meniscus repair and a micro fracture done on my right knee. It's been 4 weeks since op. And it just had to happen today that when I was alighting from the bus , I felt a sharp pain at the back of my knee when I land on the sole part of my feet. Until now it still hurts. Did I tore the meniscus again? I'm so afraid of getting under the knife again ..

I'm already on FWB with brace lock.

    Hi! I had my left knee repaired too 13th days ago. I was really afraid of tearing it again and i asked many questions about the knee. Doc says that you will know if you retear it again because the pain is a deep sharp pain which can go on and off but if this is the case, they cannot detect it until your knee fully healed because they need to do some test on it.  Ice compress your knee and use crutches to slow down our movement and support the bad knee. Hope u get well soon! Please call your surgeon to find out more.
