The only sign I have following an orgasm is that the start of urination is a bit thick, looks as well as there's traces of blood. But other than that, no problem.

My only problem with erection is that mine is now bent sideways, other wise it works fine.

Cheers Ian do you get viagra from doctors as my consultant said if you have the turpe you get it free as well as test

The ruling has been for those with prostate cancer but not for ED caused by TURP but now that Viagra has cheap generic versions that seems to have eased the situation.

The semen does - usually - pass backwards into the bladder when yo ejaculate as you suggest but it gets well mixed with the urine so you will not really notice it.

If in UK you can now get prescriptions for generic viagra [sildnafil I think] and you are "allowed" 4 per month on NHS.  But even if you go for a private prescription the cost per tablet is 80p!

While I have it "to look forward too" I would guess after 8 weeks you'd be physically OK.  Why not give doctor a call?

Hi Junior. I am 5 months after TURP operation and 18 months of taking Finistiride and Tamsulosin and my sex life is ruined. I awake at 5 to 7 am with a full erection but my wife is asleep, and during the day or late evening I can't get a full erection hence no sex or sex with a part limp penis which is not satisfactory and orgasm is rare and when it happens I have RE and semen is dry or very little and it washes away when peeing. I am now thinking of seeing my doctor to see if Viagra can help. Peter

Why not give her a nudge in early morning?

Cialis is better than Viagra as its effect lasts for up the thirty six hours and helps urine output.

If in UK you can get 4 tablets a month on NHS - or privately the tablets are about £1 each plus prescription writing and dispensing fees
