yes during and after bowel movement. sometimes the burning comes after 1 hour. wash with warm water. buy a hand shower and clean it. after dry it with air Use a ventilator or hair dryer. Do not use soap of any kind or cream. The pain is normal because it will form a scar and every time you touch it with poo will give you pain. it is like you have an injury in you body , every time you touch it gives you pain. The only thing is to eat healthy. Do no eat things like fritos, pop corn, chips , nuts , white bread, seeds of any kind . Sometime these come out in the stool and it will hurt your wound. that makes you a lot of pain. Keep you stool soft. I take nopalina with water daily before dinner and it helps better than other products.
