Hi everyone I've just been signed off from physio! I am 2 degrees from straight and 130 flex. Back to see consultant next week if he signs me off it's back to work! Gotta make sure continue with the exercises!

Super! It is important to make sure you get enough rest, so make sure you do! It's much harder to do exercises when other activities of life use up time! Keep us posted, so pleased for you!😊

Morning Jenny, I will try, I have been working from home for the past 4 weeks doing 10-4 managed ok but think it's gonna be a different ball game when I go back to the office doing 9-5.30 am very lucky to have a supportive boss and taking time out to do exercises won't be a problem

Thanks Chico very lucky for sure! Was fully prepared for the worst whilst hoping for the best prior to surgery. The advice from this forum has been great. Know I'm still in it for the long haul and need to keep up with fitness regime. Have managed to drop 21 pounds and need to continue with that. Onwards and upwards!
