Postoperative issues..Need some advice please

Hi my name is Jennifer, I am 51 stay at home mom.  This past Friday I was in the hospital for a endoscopic ultrasound.  I was intubated because the procedure took at least an hour.  Since Friday I have had a cough and chest congestion.  THey gave me an antibiotic called Moxifloxacin to take for four days to prevent pancreatitis.  I have an inhaler because I have allergic asthma, I am on Singular and the antibiotic.  But, I still feel a irritation in my chest and spitting up some stuff. (yellow).  Should I be concerned and go back to the doctor, or just wait til it clears up? any help would be appreciated.
