Postpartum, large baby, prolapse?

Hello all! I had a baby boy in March and he was fairly large weighing in at 9lbs 3oz. I suffered a 3B tear and have healed nicely from an aesthetic standpoint. My perineum is fine, as is everything else that tore. I am now 10 weeks pp. I have been doing kegels, not lifting anything heavy aside from my toddler, and am still taking fiber and stool softeners. I was checking myself out today and noticed I have a small bulge in my vaginal opening. I do not feel a dragging feeling, no issues with incontinence (urinary or fecal), bleeding is over, etc. I also don't have any pain -- I walk my toddler to daycare daily (1 mile round trip) and take a fee boxing classes weekly with no pain or issues.

Does this look like a prolapse? I don't know what this could be, and my OB is currently out of office so I am awaiting a reply as I sent her the dame pic.

Thank you!

it's hard to tell with this pick alone all i can see is your hymenal remenants try sitting on the toliet and spreading your legs, use either the front camera or back camera to take a pick while you bear down (push hard like you have to poop)
