Potential parasite? Please help :(

Hi,

So a few weeks ago i was experiencing some really uncomfortable itchiness around my anus. It lasted for a few days but I didn't think much of it. After that, I started to feel discomfort when urinating. It seemed to be like a UTI, but there was also quite a strong fishy odour on one occasion, and also blood when wiping. I then had some thick, white, odourless discharge. I was very concerned by these symptoms but as a medically anxious person i prefer to wait things out rather than seek help. It has been a few weeks and the itchiness and odour has subsided but I still have some discomfort when urinating. This morning, I saw something just like a sesame seed in my underwear (see image below). I ate a handful of pumpkin seeds yesterday but i can't imagine this is an undigested pumpkin seed? I'm really scared now. Please can somebody offer some advice 😦

By the way, just some side information, I am 18 and not sexually active so i dont think its an sti. image
