Potential shoulder injury after surgery

I'm 11 days post op on a capsule repair on the left shoulder. Doc did a HAGL repair and used 1 anchor. I was walking up some stairs and caught my foot on the top step. I had my sling on but jerked my shoulder forward maybe 8 inches and heard a pop (hoping just joint) luckily I caught my feet and didn't fall. I didnt experience any pain, it's just still a tad sore from surgery but doesn't hurt worse than before. Anybody have any input on if I could have retore the capsule?
